### Celery

The celery market is tight overall due to colder weather. ### Lemon

The lemon market is steady this week. According to suppliers, The District 3 region of California (Coachella/Mesa) is in full swing, with good quality and availability. District 1 has started harvesting when possible, but supply is slow to pick up due to fog. ### Carrot

The jumbo carrot market is volatile this week. Pricing out of California is up with moderate supply and high demand, while Mexican supply is steady. Demand continues to outpace supply of school sizes and bulk pack carrots.
