Mission — Full Harvest

Brussell Sprouts are grown over a 3-5 month period from planting to harvest.

Once ready, mature sprouts are typically harvested by hand or machine and the stalks are removed

They are then sorted by size - either by hand or with machines like this one, into separate bins for smalls, mediums, larges, and jumbos.

Brussel sprouts that are larger than the jumbo size constraints will go to waste since they do not fit into established buyer specifications.
